Joseph Lloyd LeCOMPTE was born in 1806 at Castle Haven Neck, Dorchester County, Maryland, USA. He was the son of Lee LeCOMPTE and Margaret (--?--). He married Emily DAWSON on 16 Apr 1835 at Methodist Episcopal Church, Baltimore City Station, Baltimore County, Maryland, USA. He died on 3 Aug 1859. He was buried in Section 290-A of Mount Olivet Cemetery, Baltimore City, Maryland, USA.
